For the process of distillation in our copper potstill we take plenty of time for the best outcome. The accents of hops and grains give this pure Beer Brandy its own unique character. Beer Brandy is soft with the recognizable accents of the beer and best enjoyed pure, over ice of in a mix.
Suggestion
Bierbrand – or Beer Brandy – is delicious to drink pure. Take a whiskey glass, such as a tumbler, and drink the bierbrand at roomtemperature. By adding a drop of water, the taste opens up.
